What the game shows when you hover the option, alongside the effect above.
Unlocks the Vacuum Chest at the Rune Carver Table. It takes finished goods from smelters, kilns, spinning wheels and windmills around it and feeds them from its contents. Shift + mouse wheel sets the radius, Shift + E the kind of goods it collects.
